Recently I just booked returned flights to somewhere. Before I booked the flight, I registered as Airasia's member in order to have access to the latest flight schedule.

Just now, I logon to their website to check whether there is any changes done to my itinerary.

Gosh! They brought forward the flight time (30 minutes earlier) for my set off date and delayed the flight time (70 minutes delay) for my return date. Aiyo, by the time I reach home, I have already drained.

Harlo! I know Airasia is famous with such incidents. However, at least a call/sms will do. I felt extremely du lan because I never receive any call/sms about the change.

"Luckily" I can logon to their web to check the latest itinerary. How about those who does not register for membership? Receive the call/sms at very last minute and struggling to arrange transportation to the airport? Waiting at the airport like an ultimate so hai?

Low Cost = Low Quality? Yes, I agree. The moment we buy the low cost airtickets, we should have got ourself ready to compromise some little flaws accompanied.

However, I do not agree with this ---> Low Cost = I Dont Care.
